Surge Slider frame to go on top of my 5780 Ultimate Motion Sim Rig. It will provide top mounted surge system for seat and pedals only, steering wheel will be fixed to lower frame.
Surge actuator is built inside the lower frame for compact implementation.
Surge actuator has 170mm total travel and linear rails are calculated to support it.
Platform uses HGR20 linear rails with 8x slider blocks.

Platform has built in support for the Compact Pedal Slider Rail Box and the Compact Seat Traction Loss platform and is designed as integral part of the complete build. You can modify and simplify based on application.
You can use the provided alignment tool for HGR20 rails to mount them on the bottom frame.
