  • Complicated, fancy guides for routing the excessively long cables of the RS Mega+ stepper Drivers. All cables are to be placed on the static base frame, so everything should be neat and tidy. Need to provide enough clearance under the main rig frame, also bottom between ground and frame. Should be stable, integrated package that can be easily transported using the foldable castor wheels.

The idea is to have drivers + all cabling built in the lower frame together wit mains power. Cable routes are supposed to have as little as possible over-crossing and to be separated. Guides themselves are designed for 8mm cabling (this is what my RS Mega+ came with, aftermarket stepper even had thinner).

Included in the package are some cable clips, simpler to print, which I used before. You also have round clips for plastic cable guides with different sizes to help you with the rest of the cabling.

Also in the package you will find 8mm slot cover that can be scaled in slicer and printed longer. I use it to cover some of the profile slots, where I route more cables (the rest is covered with rubber seals).

The cable guides come in various forms, single, double, corner ones. They are designed to be mounted with M6x16mm tapered screw and drop-in T-nut.
