Extension to my original Rally DDU design now featuring a 5" Vocore screen. Easy to assemble, have two types of front pieces - with and without logo, have logo only for two color printing (did not try it myself).
Has dedicated place for the control PCB, comfortably folds underneath the screen and providing access for USB cable on the back.
Included is magnetic Quick Release with moutn for Fanatec (CSDD) and Simagic wheelbases.

Parts needed:
- Brass Hot Melt Insert Knurled Nut for body and QR plate, x6, M3 4.2x6mm
- M3x12mm screws for mounting the QR to DDU - x4
- M3 nuts and washers for the QR - x4
- M3x10mm screws for mounting the Front Plate - x4
- M3x16mm countersunk screws for the QR plate and magnets - x4
- 12x5mm neodym magnets - x4
- 12x5mm neodym magnets with center hole - x4
- Mount hardware for wheelbase - Fanatec is M6x20, Simagic uses M4
- Vocore 5" screen
Print Settings:
PLA, 40% infill, 5+ perimeters and layers, no supports needed. For QR I went for 9 layers/perimeters.
Optional:
As the Vocore screens are very glossy you can add mobile phone/tablet matt protector film to remove the reflections. Be extra careful when doing so as Vocore displays are pretty brittle and are easy to crack!
