  • ***WIP - Pedals assembled and working, documentation pending***

Simple and easy to build high-end pedals. Based on 3030 extrusion profiles and skateboard bearings they are pretty solid and tight. Can take abuse, mechanically feel like high end pedals (had Heusinkveld Ultimate+ before, those are not so far off).

Goal was to keep price as low as possible, use readily available parts and minimize 3D prints maintaining solid construction.

    Brake:

    - Based on 120KG load cell + HX711 amplifier

    - Coil springs 30mm to tailor to your preferences.

    Throttle and Clutch:

    - Based on 100N (10kG) sim pedal gas spring rods - commonly used in Simson, SimJack, etc.

    - RC Shock Absorbers 130mm for extra damping

    - Hall Effect E49 Sensors with two magnets to get full range of signal

Highly adjustable modular design, easy to setup pedal weight, angle, position. Designed for Momo replica sport pedal faces (round). Pedal face block can be easily modified to fit any face pedal plate.

Also in package - mounts for Simagic P-HPR and P-HPR Neo

    Controller - Arduino pro micro.

As I had already all the parts at home cannot say how cheap are they exactly, but will work on complete BOM. For now only main parts are listed.

    To Do:

Design flat pedal face mounting block.

Switch Throttle and Clutch to Load Cell

Connect pedals to Simagic P2000 controller for better software/hardware support

    Simagic P-HPR GT mount

You can access all 3D files following the "Remix" link up, will be revised to be better understandable at some point.

Pedals work great, am using them already for couple of months, pretty happy with them.

  • Parts Needed:

    1. Load Cell CZL-601 120kg: https://vi.aliexpress.com/item/1005004517640674.html

    2. Sim Pedal Hydraulic Rod Upgrade Simplayer (keep in mind this is gas spring only, do not expect damping - wrongly advertised by sellers): https://vi.aliexpress.com/item/1005007855616490.html

    3. Hall Effect Sensors - E49

    4. RC Shock Absorbers 130mm (you need to fill them with silicone RC shock oil based on your preferences - do not remember but think I used 6000CST): https://vi.aliexpress.com/item/1005007902734128.html

    5. Skateboard ball bearings 608 2RS 8x22x7 - x6 - https://vi.aliexpress.com/item/4001058241232.html
