Parts needed:

1. Tapered M6x12 bolt for the top part

2. Socketed M6x116 bolt for the lower part

3. T-nuts M6 2x

Print settings:

Supports needed for bottom part. All with 5 walls/5 layers top bottom, 25% infill

Assembly:

First mount the top part at the angle you will ultimately need it as mounting bolt hides under the hub. 

Thread cable and mount bottom part by sliding tightly over the lower part of the hub. Make sure there is no play and both mounts lay flat on hub sides.

The mount was printed somewhat loose not to scratch the hub, if you prefer put a single layer of electrical tape on the back and sides of hub where it will make contact for extra extra protection and countering any play in the assembly.
