Fourth iteration of my magnetic paddles shifter design, this time with some distinctive modifications:
- Longer arm with more offset magnet position for better, stronger feel
 - Lower total height
 - Overall smaller package
 - Switched to 15mm magnets only, can be stacked for even stronger response
 - Same short throw as V2&3
 - Customized to be used with thicker backplates and wider rim (mostly for my GT V2 backplate)

In the files you will find:
- Baseplate with cutouts for cable routing, two orientation of mounting hardware
 - Short arms with and without indentation for paddle, longer arm for the wider rims so shifter can be nearer center of wheel
 - Low profile and standard magnet holder if you want taller ones
 - Experimental side plate to mount the shifter even lower, but some of it's body has to be inside the backplate

Parts needed:
- Omron micro switch or clone (Important! arm must be bend with pliers, see below): https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32273125391.html
 - Struts are 20mm, M3 bore, 5mm OD: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32964326790.html
 - M3 Alu washers for slick look, not so needed: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32968161596.html
 - M3 countersunk screws, I used 16mm ones.
 - Screws for the switches - 2.5 mm if remember correctly
 - Neodym magnets - 15mm, I used 15x4, stacked two on top
 - M3 mounting hardware for paddles and base
 - M3 brass inserts - M3x4-6, OD 4.2mm - https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005003582355741.html

As this is one of my short throw shifters again you will have to bend a little the metal arm on the switches.
