Simple and very compact shroud for your WindSim placing 120mm fans horizontal for dashboards with tight space. Shroud only is suitable for central fan, for L + R it has additional vent directing flow towards the driver. Has additional fins that clip into place for vertical flow adjust. As they are pretty thing I couldn't make them move together with some sort of mechanism so they are individually adjustable.
The blower shroud has wind tunnel cutting the backflow, using Noctua industrial PPC-3000 fans it is pretty strong, but far from what these fans are capable of. As it is pretty low (only 20 mm) I plan to extend it to 30-40mm which should give much better flow, but for a central fan I am pretty happy with it, only the side ones need to be a little bigger.

Print Settings:
No supports needed - your printer has to be able to print good bridges thouhg.
Infill at 40%, 5 walls/layers top and bottom. All Printed with PLA
The directional shroud has to be oriented face down to print properly.
Directional vent and mounts need to be mirrored in slicer for Right fan.
Assembly instructions:
Mount blower shroud to fan using the provided holes. Has access hole on top for tightening with screwdriver.
Directional vent slides on top of blower.
Fins click in place on the provided moles in front of the directional vent.
