First Look: Central European Rally Route
Central European Rally organisers have revealed outline route details for the inaugural event, which will see competitors tackle asphalt stages across three countries from 26 - 29 October.
As the penultimate round of the 2023 FIA World Rally Championship, and a newcomer to the series, the tri-country rally promises a unique experience for both drivers and fans alike. The route includes stages in Germany, Austria and Czech Republic, with teams servicing their cars in Passau, Germany.
The rally gets underway on Thursday afternoon with the ceremonial start taking place in the shadows of Prague’s famous castle. It’s followed by a super special stage within the Czech capital, where thousands of fans will have the chance to get up close and personal with the WRC’s cars and stars.
Friday's opening leg features seven stages to the southwest of Czech Republic, including a midday super special. They add up to 140 competitive kilometres before crews return to Passau for the overnight halt.
