Genneral Assembly
1. Mount two 18mm standoffs with the 50mm M3 screws to the Shifter Side:
2. Mount magnet and M3 brass inserts on Shifter Arm. Place Shifter Arm on its pivot:
3. Assemble Shifter Divider, Shifter Magnet Holder, Switch Plate and one of the Mounts as shown:
4. Put together with first button assembly, screw two more standoffs on the side:
5. Put magnets, assemble second Shifter Arm, place it on pivot:
6. Mount Shifter/Clutch Side, screw it in with two more standoffs:
7. Assemble the two Clutch Magnet Holders, keep in mind bottom magnet needs to be with reverse polarity – it pushes away the clutch arm. Place them on their corresponding places:
8. Hall Sensor (SS49E) is supposed to be mounted on the lower plate like shown below. Please keep in mind it has polarity and it is possible you will have to rotate all magnets. Make sure it goes all the way in:
9. Assemble Clutch Arm (magnet, brass inserts). Place it on the corresponding pivot:
10. Close off assembly with the Clutch Side:
11. Mount Paddles:
12. Mount micro switches and solder everything:
